Starting prices
Local automatic backup set up and tested
from $79
Local plus off-site copy
from $119
Cloud storage subscription is paid by you, in your own account.
Recovery from a failed drive
from $99

Starting prices in Canadian dollars, excluding tax and parts. The final figure is confirmed in writing after diagnosis, and nothing is charged that you have not agreed to first.
What this includes
- Automatic local backup on a schedule
- A second copy off site, because a local copy does not survive theft or fire
- A test restore performed in front of you, not assumed
- Alerts if a backup stops running
- Written instructions for restoring a file yourself
Worth knowing
An untested backup is not a backup, it is a hope. Every setup ends with a real file restored from the real backup while you watch.
Common questions
- How do I know my backup is actually working?
- Because we restore a real file from it while you watch, before the job is finished. Most failed backups were running and reporting success for months; nobody had ever tried to get anything back out.
- Do I need an off-site backup as well?
- If losing the data would genuinely hurt, yes. A local backup covers a dead drive and a deleted folder. It does not cover theft, fire, flood or ransomware that reaches the backup drive too, and those are the cases where people lose everything.
Where we work
We cover Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton. Work is done at our bench or at your home or office, whichever suits the job, and we will tell you which one actually makes sense rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.
