- Machines labelled and recorded with their serials and specifications
- Delivered to the desk and tested with the person who will use it
- A written record of the configuration, so the next machine matches
Worth knowing
We set up and support small-office machines. We do not run an enterprise domain or a helpdesk rota, and will say so rather than take on work that needs a team behind it.
Common questions
- Can you set up computers for my small business?
- Yes, and the useful part is doing them identically. One agreed configuration applied to every machine means a person moving desks finds the same setup, and replacing a failed machine is a half-hour job instead of a day of guessing.
- Do you handle Microsoft 365 and shared drives?
- Accounts, shared drives, printers and permissions for a small office, yes. Managing an enterprise domain with hundreds of users is a different job that needs a team behind it, and we would rather say so than take it on.
Where we work
We cover Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area, including North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, Brampton. Work is done at our bench or at your home or office, whichever suits the job, and we will tell you which one actually makes sense rather than defaulting to the more expensive option.
